If you dont  have savings and you have tons of bills.. risking loosing a job is a bit tricky specially if you are working under some workers visa ( ill make another article on how is the process of  working visa here in Malaysia ) ..

I feel trapped here at my work.. thought I have no intention of going back to Manila ..  I cant jump off from a job that i feel that my career has stopped..  My team is treating me like a shredder , my manager thinks am useless..

I started blogging again coz i have the freaking time..

This is the first time i feel like i belong to five o one club..  I actually brought my personal clock at home.. i feel like i have been here for ages doing nothing.. staring on anything that moves and waiting for my team to fuck me up..

My Greens

When Archie ( My Brinoy Buddy ) - British Pinoy should i say , Hes actually Full blooded Filipino.. from San Pedro Laguna but since he is now a citizen maybe i can call him that, sent me a link on some PETA videos.. there is a Pinoy tagline saying if its from Seiko it must be good.. I can say that if its from PETA it must be horrible.. you would probably top eating meat.. overnight i became vegetarian.. So i stop eating any kind if meat.. apart from not eating poultry / meat products.. i started Juicing.. i signed up with various Juicing Site.. Followed / subscribed youtube link that shows you the how to's.. months after i became a self proclaimed health guru lol.. I found some recipe that i liked and am still using it.. maybe you would as well.. i created a website .. started selling .. but its just a phase.. vegies are actualy expensive.. anyway i wrote this article coz I want to share to you my not soo secret recipe.. that you can live for.. I called it Nate's Diet..

Half Romaine Lettuce ( or any lettuce will do ) 1 whole carrots 1/2 Cucumber 1 pcs Tomato 1/2 Lemon ( is a must )

I have an old Centrifugal Juicer.. which means .. once you juice it.. you have to drink it with in 4 hours.. they where saying.. slow juicer are better.. i will post another article about types of juicer and how to store your juice.. One juice expert was saying was the best time to drink your juice is immediately.. well i can say that its true.. as the taste becomes stale when you store your juice overnight.. anyway happy Juicing !

Death

I googled Death. and here is the only thing i can relate with : Death is the only inevitable event in your life, so I see no point in wasting time worrying about it's coming or what it'll be like, if anything it's a celebration of achievement. If I die and there is nothing on the other side, then that is that - I have lived, I've had a hell of a good time, and the party is over.

Am 42 .. every year at least one person or two that I've personally met or somehow close to me dies.. Every month at least one person in my facebook post that a family member passed. Of all the things that is happening in our busy life.. one things that is sure .. We only have one ticket in this world.. therefore my quick advice is don't dwell on your past predicament, stop worrying, find your purpose and live a life..

Crypo Maniac

There was a phase in our life that we wanted to invest on something that we think that is gonna be BIG ! I got to know BITCOIN on its infancy stage thru my house mate.. when it was less than 1 dollar a coin.. I was not bothered to buy.. sigh.. now its already too late.. before the end of 2017 BITCOIN went up to 19,000 USD per coin.. am not sure if it has already burst... its value now plays around 7-8K USD .. I have a work colleague missed the opportunity of selling the coin during its hype.. For now i have 274 Ripple at .066 USD ... i bought it when it was around 3.5 dollars... guess i just need to wait for it to bounce back.. Last month several Cypto platform was hacked.. My Tzu ( Charlie )  is having a great deal of skin issues.. I've  tried a lot of shampoos, meds  etc..
